             Come and Join the Balboa Yacht Club for our

                                       Dock Relay!

    5:00  Relay Begins
    What is a dock relay? On your boat, or as a passenger on another boat, you will collect a playing card from various docks around the lake. Upon your return to the Pavilion, you will turn in your hand to see if it is one of the top 3 winning poker hands. The top 3 win fabulous prizes.
    Relay will be followed by a dinner and award ceremony. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 hands and the #1 hosting dock.
    Be sure to wear your name tag, and to purchase both your dinners & card hands, when you register.

     We need volunteers, for our second Keep HSV Beautiful , volunteers will meet at the ReMax Office at Ponce and Desoto Blvd at 7:30 am on June 23, 2018. Coffee and Doughnuts available as will be supplies such as bags, gloves and vest. This shouldn't take more then an hour to 90 minutes to complete.

    Join the "Down the Hatch Crew" for our July no host Happy Hour. It will be Thursday July 12, from 4-6 PM, at the Beehive Pub.

    We will be hosting a membership meeting on Thursday August 9, 2018 from 5- 8 PM. The meeting will be held in the Ouachita Room at the Woodlands Center. This meeting will be held to assist our membership in preparing for the draw down of Lake Balboa scheduled currently to begin in November 2018.


    Our planned speakers include Brad Meredith POA Lakes Manager, Bennett Brothers, Ken's Marine, Ken Natzke & Jacob Castleberry, both Dock contractors.


    We will be providing dinner and 2 drink tickets will be given to each member in attendance. The cost for the event is $5.00 per person and you must register.


    The schedule will be as follows:

    5:00-5:30  Cocktails ( 2 drink tickets will be provided to each attendee)

    5:30-6:00  Dinner (  Catered by Clampit's)

    6:00-8:00  Meeting
