   Bring Your Best Chili!

   Bring a warm pot of your favorite chili — beef, chicken, veggie, or whatever chilicreation you love!

   • Please make sure your chili is warm when you arrive.

   • Clearly mark your container with the type of chili.

   • Bring enough chili for everyone in your party.

     
     

   And There's More!

   BYC will provide all the delicious chili fixings, plus soda and water.

   When you register, you're in for the chili — but there's a little potluck fun, too! On November 1st, you'll receive an email with your assignment based on the first letter of your last name. You may be asked to bring either an appetizer, cornbread, or dessert.

In addition to the 50/50 raffle, we'll be enjoying a special slideshow highlighting YOU and the events we've shared over the past year! It will be a wonderful opportunity to relive some great memories and celebrate the fun, friendship, and camaraderie that make our club so special.

Want to make an evening of it? Diamanté Country Club has graciously made room for 60 people to enjoy dinner following Down the Hatch.

Dinner reservations are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so don't wait to reserve your spot!

Cocoa & Espresso Filet Mignon — $45

Blackberry demi-glace, celery marmalade, whipped potatoes, and Brussels sprouts.

Chicken Piccata on Angel Hair Pasta — $24

Lemon pan sauce, crispy capers, and Brussels sprouts.

Horseradish and crab crust, whipped potatoes, and Brussels sprouts.
